







In 1972, in an effort to standardize and increase efficiency, all telephone orders in the Montreal area are centralized to one telephone number.
To ensure that our high quality standards are communicated adequately and efficiently to our franchisees and their teams, the St-Hubert University is inaugurated in 1979. Through this training center, we can disseminate our standards for quality, service and cleanliness. Training is a vital link in St-Hubert's great quality chain.
