We responsibly supply over 100 rotisseries. We apply our expert negotiating skills with our manufacturing partners to the delight of Groupe St-Hubert, our franchise network, and our Retail Sales division.
Our mandate also includes addressing the specific needs of our production plant and ensuring a reliable supply of raw materials and packaging. Therefore we also negotiate large scale annual agreements with our suppliers.

Finance and Accounting
Today the company has several divisions: about 100 rotisseries, a distribution center, a food processing plant, a high-tech customer service center, and an efficient secure transactional Web site.
Our team at Finance and Accounting is therefore busy every day meeting exciting challenges. We take great pride in applying strict accounting solutions while still complying with the best industry practices, and our contribution to the health of the company does not end there. Our business partner approach broadens our assignment beyond organizing the accountancy activities and reporting financial information. Information Technology
Innovation is a long-standing tradition at St-Hubert. In 1951, the innate marketing sense of our founders has led to the introduction of free home delivery service, a first in Canada.
Today, this part of our business is under the care of our Information Technology (IT) team of professionals. In our Information Technology department, we develop and support business solutions unequalled in the industry. We provide IT support to over 200 users and ensure the telecommunications network linking all St-Hubert rotisseries runs smoothly and reliably.
With a wide variety of state-of-the-art computer hardware and software, we help increase the efficiency of all our systems and provide our users with means to work better. We also find it exciting to meet the challenges linked to all the telecommunication, networking, help desk and application development issues.
We are all passionate about our IT work and we aim for excellence, so we constantly improve our skills through seminars and continuous training.
