The Marketing Department is responsible for planning marketing and promotional activities for all the St-Hubert restaurants, St-Hubert Express and retail products, including:


• The deployment of promotions whether on a national, regional or local level
• The production of all necessary promotional material and handle its broadcast on television, radio, newspapers, mailings, Internet and advertising displays
• Providing restaurants with advertising material
• Assessing sponsorship opportunities and making sure that the St-Hubert brand image is upheld, whether on the Web, in the media or in the field
• Supporting the opening of new St-Hubert restaurants by providing display material
• Being innovative in order to improve customer experience such as implementing new packaging which is completely recyclable or compostable. This desire for continuous improvement is essential for St-Hubert to maintain its leading position in this highly competitive restaurant market.
