An Express…. It's all the flavour of
St-Hubert, with very high-speed service.
You place your order, you pay at the cashier
and you're served in no time!
On April 7, 1995, the first St-Hubert Express opened for business. In fact Restaurant on St-Hubert Street was converted into a St-Hubert Express that year. Since that time, many changes have been made to the concept, which forms an integral part of the St-Hubert network. Today, there are sixteen St-Hubert Express’ in Quebec and many other little ones are coming!
A typical St-Hubert Express offers customers delivery, take out and drive-thru as well as a dining room, without providing any table service, and can accommodate about one hundred customers.
This concept is for customers looking for fast service. Here, customers can always find the same St-Hubert quality and taste in a warm atmosphere.
A St-Hubert Express employs about 50 people. It is approximately 4,000 square feet in area and its grounds cover an average of 25,000 square feet.
For the St-Hubert network, an Express is also another way of ensuring its presence on the fast-food market and covering certain territories in order to optimize our delivery territory.

In a stimulating environment, to enthusiastically, quickly and efficiently offer Quebec customers of all ages, a constantly modernized EXPRESS experience, allowing them to enjoy meals mainly made-up of fresh BBQ chicken, according to St-Hubert standards, at the best quality/price ratio.
A St-Hubert Express menu is not totaly the same as the one offered at a traditional restaurant because, as we mentioned, the Express mission is based on fast service. The menu has therefore been streamlined, although customers can take advantage of the all-you-can-eat counter, where they can serve themselves certain St-Hubert products: soft drinks, coffee, coleslaw, bread and St-Hubert sauce.
