In 1965, Mr. & Ms. Léger's business is comprised of five restaurants in the Montreal area. In 1967, two more units are inaugurated on the site of Montreal's World Fair. Using specially adapted working methods, St-Hubert is the only restaurant able to serve visitors without them having to line up for hours. The first franchise opens in the Quebec City area the same year.

For years, our fleet of yellow love bugs criss-cross Montreal's streets, delivering delicious St-Hubert chicken at no extra cost.
