The 70's mark the beginning of a rapid expansion phase. During this decade, a franchise division is created to manage St-Hubert's prodigious growth. The results are not long in coming: the number of units quadruples in 10 years!



In 1972, in an effort to standardize and increase efficiency, all telephone orders in the Montreal area are centralized to one telephone number.



To ensure that our high quality standards are communicated adequately and efficiently to our franchisees and their teams, the St-Hubert University is inaugurated in 1979. Through this training center, we can disseminate our standards for quality, service and cleanliness. Training is a vital link in
St-Hubert's great quality chain.
