The 90s

Le St-Hub Resto-Bar, Kids' Play Areas and Outdoor Dining

In the 90s, we could have simply sat on our laurels and enjoyed our success. But, true to the entrepreneurial spirit of our founders, we were driven to do more. As a result, a host of new features were rolled out during the course of the decade, including Le St-Hub resto-bars, kids' play areas and terraces for outdoor dining.

Among the family-friendly facilities and solutions that were introduced were play areas where children could have fun while their parents enjoyed some well-deserved downtime. In addition, a special menu was developed for the 9-and-under crowd, featuring animal-shaped chicken nuggets, an enticing selection of desserts and choice of beverage. And on Tuesdays after 4P.M. a children's meal deal was made available for only $2.

Also launched in the 90s was the Le St-Hub Resto-Bar, a specially designed section within the traditional restaurant that boasted a laidback lounge atmosphere where friends or co-workers could meet up for a drink and some finger food or enjoy a full meal.

And in select restaurants outdoor terraces were set up to tap into the popular patio-dining trend.
