      Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

      Remove quiche from packaging. Remove plastic film. For best results, place quiche on a baking sheet.

      Place on middle oven rack and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. If the quiche if frozen, bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
    4. Conventional oven cooking is recommended. Our aluminium plate is suitable for microwave cooking. Remove quiche from packaging and plastic film. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
    5. CAN BE FROZEN. Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.

    Filling: milk, liquid whole egg, cream (milk, cream, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, carrageenan, locust bean gum), spinach, Swiss and parmesan cheese, onions, red bell peppers, modified corn starch, water, frozen yolk, salt, dextrose, spices. Pastry: wheat flour, modified palm oil and canola oil shortening, water, dextrose, salt, yeast, vegetable oil, L-cysteine, sodium propionate. Contains: milk, egg, wheat. May contain: Sulphites, Soy.
