    1. CONVENTIONAL OVEN
    2. 1TO THAW: Submerge ribs in cold water for 5 minutes or in the refrigerator for about 8 hours without removing from the bag;
    3. 2Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F);
       
    4. 3Remove ribs from the bag;
       
    5. 4Put ribs on a baking sheet covered with an aluminum foil sheet or parchment paper;
    6. 5 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, if thawed, or for 30 to 35 minutes, if frozen.
    7. BARBECUE
    8. 1TO THAW: Submerge ribs in cold water for 5 minutes or in the refrigerator for about 8 hours without removing from the bag;
    9. 2Preheat barbecue to medium-high;
       
    10. 3Remove ribs from the bag;
       
    11. 4Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, if thawed, or for 14 to 16 minutes, if frozen, turning at mid-cooking.
    12. For best results, thaw ribs before cooking. Do not refreeze. Not recommended for microwave cooking. Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.
