Chicken breast fillets
- 1OVEN: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- 2Place fillets on a foil covered baking tray and cook for 20 to 22 minutes.
- 3Turn halfway through cooking time.
Chicken breast fillets: chicken, water, salt, potassium chloride, spices. Breading: toasted wheat crumbs, water, modified corn starch, wheat flour, yellow corn flour, baking powder, defatted soy flour, vegetable oil shortening (soy), milk ingredients, dextrose, salt, dried egg-white, guar gum, spices. Browned in canola oil. Contains: Wheat, soy, milk, egg.
