1. How do I place an online order?

To place an order on st-hubert.com, simply follow these instructions:

Returning customers

1.      Enter your e-mail address and password in the spaces provided.

2.      Click “Enter”.

3.      A window will appear asking you to:

a.      Indicate whether it is a delivery or take-out order.

b.      Enter your location:

 i.      For delivery orders, select one of the addresses in your profile using the drop-down menu. You may also add a new address by clicking the “Add” button, which will automatically open your profile page and prompt you for the required information. Your delivery address makes it possible for us to direct your order to the appropriate establishment.

ii.      For take-out orders, enter your postal code in the space provided, and the system will recommend the location closest to you. You may still select another establishment by clicking on “Change,” in which case a map will appear, showing other nearby restaurants. You can change your location by entering your postal code or city in the designated space and then clicking on “Search.” Pick one of the restaurants displayed and hit “Select this restaurant.” You will automatically be redirected to the order window.

c.      Enter the desired delivery or take-out time, either:

 i.      “As fast as possible,” or

 ii.      “At a later time” (for advance orders): select the date on the calendar and the time on the drop-down menu.

d.      Click on “Confirm” and you will automatically be directed to the order menu.

4.      Browse through the online menu by clicking on the categories and subcategories on the left of the screen.

5.      Use the “Select” button to pick the menu items that interest you. The corresponding page will open automatically.

6.      Type in the quantity you wish to order in the appropriate space or use the + and – buttons on either side of the field.

7.      Click on “Add” and you will automatically be directed to the side dishes page.

8.      Click on the button corresponding to your desired side dish. When you are done, hit “Finalize.” If you are ordering more than one meal, please repeat this step for each meal. Your order will be updated accordingly. A thumbnail image will appear under the red arrow to indicate the items that have been added to your order.

9.      When you are finished adding new items, click on “Finalize my order.” A page summarizing your selections will automatically appear.

10.  Review your order, confirm your choices of coleslaw and indicate whether or not you need utensils. Then hit “Go to payment.”

11.  Enter a phone number where you can be reached, and then click on “Confirm”. A confirmation window will appear.

12.  Take down the confirmation number on the upper right corner of the screen or print out a copy of the order. You will also receive an order confirmation by email within minutes.

13. Note that you can now pay directly at the door by cash, credit or debit card, or by gift card.

New customers

1.      Click on “New customer.”

2.      Enter your postal code in the space provided.

3.      Click on “Enter.”

4.      A window will appear asking you to:

b.      Enter your location:

i.      For delivery orders, validate the postal code you provided on the login page. This information makes it possible for us to direct your order to the appropriate establishment.

i.      For take-out orders, validate the postal code you provided on the login page, and the system will recommend the location closest to you. You may still select another establishment by clicking on “Change,” in which case a map will appear, showing other nearby restaurants. You can change your location by entering your postal code or city in the designated space and then clicking on “Search.” Pick one of the restaurants displayed and hit “Select this restaurant.” You will automatically be redirected to the order window.

15.  If it is for a delivery order, the page “Registration: Enter delivery address” will open. Fill in the required delivery information and hit “Save.” You will automatically be directed to the payment processing window.

16.  Enter your payment information and a phone number where you can be reached, and then click on “Confirm and pay.” A confirmation window will appear.

17.  Take down the confirmation number on the upper right corner of the screen or print out a copy of the order.You will also receive an order confirmation by email within minutes.

18. Note that you can now pay directly at the door by cash, credit or debit card, or by gift card.

You can consult the Canada Post or Canada 411 websites to get your postal code by doing an address search. You can then come back to the St-Hubert online order site to place an order. If you still can't find your postal code, we will be more than happy to take your order by telephone. You can find the number to call in your area by going to the Find a restaurant section of the website.

12. How can I change my delivery address?

  1. Log in using your e-mail address and password.
  2. Under “My profile,” select “Add an address to my profile.”
  3. On the “New delivery address” page, enter the postal code for the delivery address you are adding and click on “Enter.” Complete any of the fields that have not automatically been filled in by the geolocation system. Click on “Save.”
  4. The new delivery address is now saved to your profile. You can select it the next time you place an online order.

 

13. How can I change my e-mail address?

  1. Log in using your old e-mail address and password.
  2. Under “My profile,” select “Change my personal information.”
  3. On the “Change personal information” page, enter the necessary information. Click on “Save.”
  4. Your new e-mail address is now saved to your profile. Use it the next time you log in.

 

14. How can I choose my password?

You should choose a password made up of letters and/or numbers between 4 and 20 characters long. Do not disclose this password to anyone else. Please note that passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.

 

15. How can I change my password?

You can change your password at any time once you start a session and have been identified. Simply do the following:

  1. Log in using your e-mail address and password.
  2. In the section “My profile,” click on “Change my personal information.”
  3. Fill in the required fields on the “Change my personal information” page. Hit “Save.”
  4. The new password is now saved to your profile. Use it the next time you log in.

If you have forgotten your password, click on "I forgot my password" on the welcome page and we will send you a new one. You can reset your password the next time to visit the St-Hubert online order site. You will have to confirm your identity using the temporary password you have been sent. You will then be automatically redirected to the "Profile" section in order to change your password.

 

16. What do I do if I forget my password?

Go to the welcome page of the St-Hubert online order site and click on "I forgot my password." Indicate your e-mail address. A new password will be sent to this address. The next time you access the St-Hubert online order site, you will have to confirm your identity using the temporary password you have been sent. You will then be automatically redirected to the "Profile" section in order to change your password.

If you cannot complete your order on the site or the site stops working, please contact us by phone at 1-866-784-8211.

 

20. How can I be sure my order will be delivered?

Once you have confirmed your order, a confirmation page will appear. You can print it out or simply jot down the confirmation number. This indicates that your order is being processed. You will also receive a confirmation email within minutes at the email address you used when you logged in.

 

21. How can I bring up a copy of my order?

Once your order has been processed, a confirmation page will appear, containing all the information pertaining to your order. You can print out a copy if you need one. You will also receive a confirmation email within minutes at the email address you used when you logged in. This confirmation email contains your order details, delivery address or pick-up location, and desired delivery time, if applicable.

 

22. How do I cancel my order?

If your order has been confirmed, you can cancel it by phoning us at 1-866-784-8211. Have your confirmation number and telephone number handy when you call. However, if you have not confirmed your order online, you can terminate the ordering process at any time by clicking the "Close session" button in the top menu.

 

23. Can I still change or cancel my order once I have a confirmation number?

After you have clicked on "Confirm" and received your confirmation number, the only way to change or cancel your order is by calling us at 1-866-784-8211 and providing your confirmation number and phone number.

 

24. Are your prices guaranteed?

Our prices are automatically updated on the St-Hubert order site whenever we make a change. Prices may change without notice at any time. The amount of your order will be provided to you upon confirmation. Please note that all prices are provided in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. The total amount including taxes will appear on your final bill.
