René and Hélène Léger opened the very first St-Hubert B.B.Q. restaurant in 1951 in Montréal. Some 60 years later, there are over 100 St-Hubert restaurants throughout Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes.
With their determination, innovative spirit and way of considering every new employee, manager or franchisee as a family member, Hélène and René Léger fulfilled their dream: today, St-Hubert is a leading force in the Québec restaurant business.
It has become an unwavering success story in Québec, effectively combining innovation and family tradition, stringent standards and fun, warmth and efficiency, closeness and success, the desire to excel and help one another, diversity and authenticity, team spirit and integrity.

Our commitment to excellence in everything we do is shared by all our engaged and responsible employees at St-Hubert, and this at all levels of the company.
Improving work environment and processes is everyone’s responsibility. As a result, we encourage employees to share their ideas, with integrity and professional ethics.
We value the innovative and team spirit that make our company a place where everyone can excel, grow, help one another, and have fun!
We are aware of the talent and contribution of all employees. We also know each of them plays an important part within our team. We provide the conditions to nurture and develop their skills. Because we know our customers’ experience of St-Hubert begins with them.

Choosing St-Hubert means...
... helping the environment. St-Hubert has already done much to reduce the environmental impact not only of its packaging but of all facets of its daily activities. Still, an ongoing mandate of the R&D department is to develop solutions to improve even further St-Hubert’s score in safe environmental practices.
... working with people from different environments.
... getting involved in the community by supporting worthy causes that improve the well-being of fellow citizens in our society.
