Contest Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. CONTEST AND DURATION
The “Moving Day” contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Les Rôtisseries St‑Hubert Ltée (the “Organizer”).
The Contest takes place on July 1, 2026, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (ET).
The draw will take place on July 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (ET).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to any person who:
· is a legal resident of Canada
· has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry
Excluded are employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, partners and agencies, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing with them.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Entry with purchase
On July 1, 2026, place an online order on st-hubert.com.
Each order corresponds to one (1) entry.
No-purchase entry
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to tcostanzo@st-hubert.com with:
· full name
· phone number
· email address
· a 500-word text explaining who you would bring to St-Hubert and what your classic St-Hubert meal would be.
One (1) entry will be granted.
Limit: one (1) entry per person.
4. PRIZES
There are ten (10) prizes to be won:
· 10 St‑Hubert gift cards valued at $50 each
Bonus:
If the winner is subscribed to St‑Hubert Textos, the value of the gift card will be doubled to $100.
5. DRAW
On July 15, 2026, ten (10) entries will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
The winners will be contacted within the following 3 days.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
· A mathematical skill-testing question must be answered correctly
· Prizes are not exchangeable for cash
· The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest
· Any fraud will result in disqualification
· The Contest is subject to the applicable laws of Canada
