The “Valentine’s Day” Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Rôtisseries St-Hubert Ltée (the “Contest Organizer”). The Contest begins on February 1, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on February 15, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). The clock used by the Contest Organizer shall be the official clock for determining the date and time of receipt of an Entry (as defined below).
The Contest is open to individuals who, at the time of their Entry (as defined below), are legal residents of Quebec, Ontario, or New Brunswick and have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry (each a “Participant” or collectively, the “Participants”).
Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives or mandataries of the Contest Organizer, its subsidiaries, related companies, franchisees, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers, as well as members of their immediate family (father, mother, sisters, brothers, children), their legal or common-law spouse, and any persons residing in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.
Each Participant must enter solely in their own name and for their exclusive personal benefit.
There are two (2) ways to obtain an Entry (as defined below) in the Contest:
A. Make a reservation at a participating St-Hubert Rotisserie for February 13,14 and 15, 2026 and attend the reservation*
During the Contest Period, to obtain an Entry, the Participant must visit the Contest Organizer’s website at
https://www.st-hubert.com/en/restaurants/search
and make an online reservation for February 13, 14 and 15, 2026, at one of the participating St-Hubert Rotisseries* listed in Schedule A.
The reservation must be made between February 1 and February 13, 2026. Reservations made outside this period for February 13, 14 and 15, 2026 will not be eligible for entry into the Contest.
The Participant must then attend the reservation and dine on February 13, 14 and 15 2026. By attending the reservation, the Participant will automatically receive one (1) Entry into the Contest for the draw corresponding to the participating St-Hubert Rotisserie* where the reservation was made.
Only one (1) Entry per reservation will be issued, in the name of the Participant who made the online reservation, regardless of the number of guests present.
B. Submit a written entry to the Contest Organizer
During the Contest Period, Participants may submit a written entry by email to the Contest Organizer at:
tcostanzo@st-hubert.com. No purchase is required to enter by submitting a written entry.
The email must include all of the following:
The Participant’s name, email address, and telephone number;
The address of the participating St-Hubert Rotisserie* selected by the Participant;
An original written text of at least 500 words answering the following question:
“What would you do with a $150 St-Hubert gift card?”
The submitted text must be original (not copied) and must not violate any applicable laws, including intellectual property laws. A Participant may not submit the same text more than once and may not reuse a text previously submitted in connection with another contest organized by the Contest Organizer.
Once the text has been reviewed and deemed compliant with these Rules, the Contest Organizer will grant the Participant one (1) Entry into the Contest for the draw associated with the participating St-Hubert Rotisserie* identified in the email.
Each entry obtained by making and attending a reservation or by submitting a written entry constitutes an “Entry”.
By entering the Contest, each Participant agrees to comply with these Rules and with the Contest Organizer’s privacy policy available at:
https://www.st-hubert.com/en/privacy-policy.html
Entry Limitations
Maximum of one (1) Entry per Participant for the entire Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.
Only one (1) email address may be used per Participant.
Mechanically reproduced, altered, falsified, lost, late, misdirected, or invalid Entries will be disqualified.
All Entries become the exclusive property of the Contest Organizer and will not be returned.
Any attempt by a Participant to obtain more than the permitted number of Entries through multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, login credentials, or any other method will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer. The use of automated systems (including but not limited to bots, scripts, or macros) is strictly prohibited.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used will be deemed the Participant.
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Application Libro Inc. or any of its affiliates. The Contest Organizer is solely responsible for the Contest and winner selection
As part of the Contest, there will be one (1) draw among all eligible reservations made between February 1, 2026, and February 14, 2026, inclusive, at participating St-Hubert Rotisseries*.
Four (4) prizes will be awarded in this draw. Each prize consists of one (1) St-Hubert gift card with a value of one hundred and fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $150), redeemable at St-Hubert Rotisseries.
In total, four (4) gift cards, with a total value of six hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $600), will be awarded as part of the Contest.
The value of the prizes is indicated in Canadian dollars and does not include applicable taxes, if any.
Limit: A maximum of one (1) Prize per Participant.
The Prizes will be awarded only to individuals whose full name and valid information appear on the online reservation form or on the Contest entry form. The Prizes must be accepted as described in these Rules and may not, under any circumstances, be transferred, in whole or in part, to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer, where provided for in these Rules. The Winner will not be entitled to any difference, if applicable, between the approximate value of a Prize and its actual value. If any portion of a Prize is not used, in whole or in part, no monetary compensation will be provided.
At any time and for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to replace, in whole or in part, a Prize described in these Rules with a prize of the same nature and of equal or greater value, or, at its sole discretion, to award the monetary value indicated in these Rules.
Use of the Organizer’s gift cards is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to such gift cards.
The draw will take place during the week following the end of the Contest, namely the week of February 24, 2026, at the Organizer’s office located at 1755 Lionel-Bertrand Boulevard, Boisbriand, Québec, at a time determined by the Organizer.
The Draw will consist of randomly selecting four (4) Entries from among all eligible Entries received at all participating St-Hubert Rotisseries* during the Contest Period.
Each selected Entry will entitle the Participant to one (1) Prize, as described in Section 4.
The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period, across all participating St-Hubert Rotisseries.
The Organizer or a representative designated by the Organizer will make at least one (1) attempt to contact the selected Participants within three (3) business days following the Draw, by email or by telephone, using the information provided at the time of reservation or in the entry form. Each selected Participant must then contact the Organizer no later than forty-eight (48) hours after the Organizer’s aforementioned notice, in accordance with the instructions provided by the Organizer. If, at the end of the three (3) business days following the Draw, it proves impossible to reach a selected Participant, or if the notice sent is returned as undeliverable, or if the Participant fails to contact the Organizer within forty-eight (48) hours of the Organizer’s notice, such Participant will, at the sole discretion of the Organizer, be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the Prize. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct another Draw among the eligible Entries received for the participating St-Hubert Rotisserie* concerned, in an attempt to award a Prize, and the above contact procedure will apply.
To be declared a Prize winner (the “Winner”), the selected Participant must meet the Contest eligibility criteria and the Entry validity criteria set out in Section 2 above and comply with the following requirements:
Correctly answer, without any assistance, mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question administered at a mutually acceptable time by a means of communication determined by the Organizer;
Upon request by the Organizer, where applicable, provide additional identification with a photograph.
The Winner will collect the Prize at the participating St-Hubert Rotisserie* at which he or she obtained the Contest Entry, within seven (7) days following being declared a Winner.
The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to apply the procedure to reselect a Participant from among the eligible Entries received for a given participating St-Hubert Rotisserie*, who may be disqualified in the same manner if (i) a selected Participant fails to meet all of these requirements or is deemed by the Contest Organizers to have violated these Rules and therefore cannot be declared a Prize winner, or (ii) if the Winner fails to collect the Prize within the timeframe specified in these Rules.
Personal Information. The Organizer and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information provided by Participants in connection with their participation in the Contest for the purposes of managing and administering the Contest and awarding the Prizes, including, without limitation, communicating with the Participant regarding the Contest and their participation.
Each Winner authorizes the Organizer and its authorized agents to use the Winner’s name, photograph, city, voice, images and/or statements relating to the Prize for advertising purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, including on the Internet, at any time, in perpetuity, without any form of compensation or notice. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, EACH WINNER UNDERSTANDS THAT THEIR NAME, PHOTOGRAPH, CITY, VOICE, IMAGES AND/OR STATEMENTS RELATING TO THEIR PRIZE MAY BE USED BY THE ORGANIZER AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ON ADVERTISING DISPLAYS, ON TELEVISION OR RADIO, IN PRINT ADVERTISEMENTS, PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS, ONLINE ADVERTISEMENTS, WEBSITES OR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES.
The opportunity to receive other communications relating to the Organizer’s products, contests and other promotional offers, or those of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, may be offered by the Organizer, including by subscribing to the Organizer’s newsletter. No commercial or other communications unrelated to this Contest will be sent to the Participant unless the Participant has otherwise consented, subject to applicable laws.
Please refer to the Organizer’s privacy policy for more information on how your personal data is handled: https://www.st-hubert.com/fr/politique-de-confidentialite.html.
No Representations or Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer makes no representations and provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or value of any Prize offered as part of the Contest.
Conduct of the Contest and Disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel a Participant’s entry or disqualify a Participant from this Contest and/or exclude the Participant from any other future contest or promotion conducted by the Organizer if: (1) the Participant fails to comply with any of the conditions of these Rules; (2) the Participant participates or attempts to participate in this Contest using a method that contravenes these Rules or that is unfair to other Participants; or (3) the Participant is suspected of having (i) directly or indirectly tampered with the conduct of the Contest, (ii) made a false statement regarding their participation, or (iii) violated these Rules.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any component related to participation in or administration of the Contest, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, constitutes a violation of civil and criminal laws. Should any such attempts be made, the Organizer reserves the right to refer the Participant or any other related person, directly or indirectly, to the appropriate judicial authorities and to seek remedies available under the law.
The Organizer’s decisions regarding any aspect of the Contest are final and binding. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof. If any provision of the Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Rules shall remain in force and shall be interpreted as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not included. Paragraph headings are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of the Rules.
Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, Application Libro Inc., and their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, licensees, franchisees, partners, subcontractors, retailers, distributors and Prize suppliers, and all other parties associated with the Contest, as well as all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any liability for any claim or action, loss, fine or legal fees arising directly or indirectly from the Contest and its administration, the Contest Prizes and related activities, the Participant’s participation in the Contest or any attempt to participate in the Contest, including, without limitation:
By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to indemnify and release the Releasees from any obligation and liability for any damage or loss caused by any technical problems or malfunctions that may disrupt the Contest or its conduct, including, without limitation, the malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, the loss or lack of network communication, or any failed, incomplete or deleted transmission or download by any computer or network. The Organizer does not warrant that all components related to participation in and administration of the Contest, including the Organizer’s website and/or mobile application or the Libro reservation platform, or any related site, if applicable, will be accessible or operational without interruption during the Contest Period or free from errors. Use of any component related to participation in and administration of the Contest is at the Participant’s own risk.
By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to release the Releasees from any liability arising from human, typographical, technical or computer errors, printing or network errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest, the downloading, tabulation or processing of entries, the announcement of the Prizes, or in any Contest-related materials.
By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to release the Releasees from any claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, lawsuit, debt, duty, account, bond, agreement, warranty, indemnity, fine, legal fees, contract or liability of any kind arising from or related to participation in or any attempt to participate in the Contest, including, without limitation, lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries, no-purchase entry forms or, if applicable, liability release declarations.
By accepting a Prize, the Winner releases the Releasees from any liability, obligation, claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, lawsuit, debt, duty, account, bond, agreement, warranty, indemnity, fine, legal fees, contract or liability of any kind arising from or related to the acceptance and/or use of the Prize, including, without limitation, any injury, illness, death, property damage or loss of property. The Winner acknowledges that, as of delivery of the Prize, obligations relating thereto become the responsibility of the service and product providers comprising the Prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Modification of the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, without prior notice or obligation, this Contest, or to modify or suspend the Contest schedule or any of the dates set out in these Rules, in the event of any occurrence or human intervention that may alter or influence the administration, security, fairness or conduct of the Contest as contemplated by these Rules, a technical problem, or any other circumstance that, in the Organizer’s opinion, may adversely affect the proper administration of the Contest, or for any other reason.
Termination of Participation in the Contest. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if the Contest, or any portion thereof, cannot proceed as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, due to a computer virus or bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, programming errors or technical failures which, in the Organizer’s sole discretion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, cancel any suspect Entry and: (a) terminate the Contest, or any portion thereof; (b) modify or suspend the Contest, or any portion thereof, to correct the problem, and then resume the Contest, or any portion thereof, in a manner that better reflects the spirit of these Rules; and/or (c) award the Prizes from among the eligible, compliant Entries received prior to the discovery of the problem, in accordance with the winner selection criteria set out herein.
Language. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Rules, if such an English version exists, the French version shall prevail.
