Poutine Bites




Poutine bites? Bring ‘em! Cheddar cheese curds and our famous St-Hubert poutine gravy with a crispy potato coating.

  1. Keep product frozen.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
  3. Remove bites from packaging.
  4. Bake for 7 to 8 1/2 minutes (Convection oven: bake for 5 to 7 minutes).
    Watch bites towards the end of cooking for best results.*
  5. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving, as the stuffing inside can be hot.

*Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.
Not recommended for microwave cooking.
