The recipe for a crowd-pleasing meal? St-Hubert chicken breast fillets! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these pieces of chicken breast become a delicacy with your favourite dipping sauce.

  1. Thaw sealed sauce bags in a dish of hot water while cooking the chicken fillets.
  2. Open the bags with scissors, pour the sauce into a small microwave-safe bowl and warm it about 15-20 seconds at full power in the microwave before serving or 1-2 minutes in a pan on the stove over medium-high heat. 

WARNING: Do not put plastic bags in microwave. Refrigerate unused sauce after opening.


  1. Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Place fillets on a foil or parchment paper-covered baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time
  4. Cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached.


  1. Cook from frozen. Preheat vegetable oil at 360°F (180°C).
  2. Place frozen fillets in the metal basket.
  3. Cook fillets for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached.

Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another. 
Do not cook in microwave.
