Ideal on your asparagus, your eggs benedict and your breakfast potatoes
STOVE TOP : In a saucepan over low heat, melt ½ cup (125 mL) of butter. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of milk and whisk in contents of pouch until blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring frequently.
MICROWAVE : In a 4-cup (1 L) microwave-safe bowl, microwave ½ cup (125 mL) of butter with 1 cup (250 mL) of milk on high for about 1 minute or until butter melts. Whisk in contents of pouch until blended. Do not cover. Microwave on high until boiling, whisking once every minute. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.
