3 Peppercorn Gravy Mix

You can enhance a variety of grilled meats with this creamy St-Hubert gravy, made with a rich blend of green, black and pink peppercorns. Simply add water. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove.
Preparation
STOVE DIRECTIONS
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.
Whisk in 2/3 cup (150 mL) of cold water and 2/3 cup (150 mL) of milk. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
Empty contents of pouch into a 1 L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.
Whisk in 2/3 cup (150 mL) of cold water and 2/3 cup (150 mL) of milk. Do not cover.
Microwave on HIGH until sauce comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.
