Big appetite? Try our St-Hubert poutine gravy. It will transform your homemade poutine into a true delicacy. Simply add water. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove.
Preparation
STOVE DIRECTIONS
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.
Whisk in 625 mL (2 ½ cups) of cold water. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
Empty contents of pouch into a 1 L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.
Whisk in 625 mL (2 ½ cups) of cold water. Do not cover
Microwave on HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.
