Just add water to obtain a delicious St-Hubert gravy with a discrete red wine flavour. A tasty accompaniment for beef, pork, veal and lamb. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove.
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.
Whisk in 300 mL (1 ¼ cups) of cold water.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Empty contents of pouch into a 1 L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.
Whisk in 300 mL (1 ¼ cups) of cold water. Do not cover.
Microwave on HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.
