An easy to make and simply decadent chocolate lava cake.

No artificial flavours or colours
Easy to prepare

Preparation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1 cup (250 mL) + 2 table spoons (30 mL) of milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125 mL) of oil.

Combine contents of package with milk and eggs. Mix well. Add melted butter and whisk until smooth. Divide the batter into cavities of a previously oiled silicone pan. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 13 minutes. Let cool for a minimum of 5 minutes before removing from the pan.

Do not consume raw batter. Can be frozen.

You can also make 6 fondants by using half of the mix or bake them in ramekins and serve without unmolding.
