  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Remove tourtière from packaging. Remove plastic film. 
  3. Place on middle oven rack and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

If the tourtière is frozen, bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Conventional oven cooking is recommended.


Our aluminium plate is suitable for microwave cooking.

  1. Remove tourtière from packaging and plastic film.
  2. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes.

Can be frozen.
