Preparation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1/2 cup (125 mL) of milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125 mL) of oil.

Combine contents of package with eggs, oil and milk. Mix well until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch pan. Using a spatula, spread the batter evenly. Bake the cake in the center of the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 42 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

Do not consume raw batter.

You can also make 12 cupcakes with the batter.
