Ingredients List

  • 1 container 3/4 lb (454 g) St-Hubert Carrot Salad
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) St-Hubert Indian Seasoning
  • 1 can 19 oz (540 ml) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 c (80 ml) coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 c (250 ml) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 c (250 ml) cucumber, chopped

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Serve.
