One pack (480 g) of
fully cooked St-Hubert Braised Beef & Vegetables in Brown Sauce
3 peppers of your choice (red, orange, or yellow).
Cooked instant rice (200 g)
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
In a bowl, combine the St-Hubert Braised Beef & Vegetables in Brown Sauce, cooked rice, and cheese.
Cut off the pepper caps, deseed the peppers, and compost the seeds.
Fully stuff peppers with the rice, cheese, and Braised Beef & Vegetables in Brown Sauce. Place caps back on peppers.
Bake stuffed peppers on a baking sheet for 20 minutes (until their internal temperature reaches 170 °F).
Let rest for 5 minutes.
