Enhance the flavour of your roast beef with our St-Hubert au jus and fine herbs sauce mix. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove. Simply add water.
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.
Whisk in 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Empty contents of pouch into a 1 L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.
Whisk in 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water. Do not cover
Microwave on HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute.
Mix well before serving.
Makes 8 servings of 60 mL (1/4 cup).
WITH ROAST BEEF DRIPPING:
First, drain off fat and empty contents of pouch to a roasting pan.
Add 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water.
Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Corn starch, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, monosodium glutamate, modified corn starch, onion powder, canola oil, caramel colour (sulphites), spices, yeast extract (barley), xanthan gum.
