Au Jus & Fine Herbs Sauce Mix

Enhance the flavour of your roast beef with our St-Hubert au jus and fine herbs sauce mix. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove. Simply add water.

STOVE DIRECTIONS

  1. Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.

  2. Whisk in 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water.

  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS

  1. Empty contents of pouch into a 1 L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Whisk in 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water. Do not cover

  3. Microwave on HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute.

  4. Mix well before serving.

Makes 8 servings of 60 mL (1/4 cup).

WITH ROAST BEEF DRIPPING:

  1. First, drain off fat and empty contents of pouch to a roasting pan.

  2. Add 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water.

  3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
