This St-Hubert mustard and herb marinade is ideal for grilled chicken or skewered poultry. Your guests will love this deliciously tender meat. Simply add water. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove.
In a resealable plastic bag, empty contents of pouch, add 125 mL (1/2 cup) of water, 30 ml (2 tbsp) of vegetable oil and 30 mL (2 tbsp) of white vinegar. Seal bag and shake until homogeneous consistency.
Pierce 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of chicken or turkey (breasts or cubes for brochettes) on all sides with a fork and place in the marinade bag.
Seal bag while removing air and manipulate to coat chicken completely.
Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight (longer marinade time increases flavour), turning bag a few times.
Roast or grill in oven or on the barbecue.
Discard any leftover marinade.
