This St-Hubert meat marinade will quickly become the secret ingredient in your grilled steak, chops, and skewered beef, lamb and pork cubes. It will give your meat a delicious mustard and spice flavour. Simply add water.
In a shallow pan, combine contents of pouch with 150 mL (2/3 cup) of water.
Pierce 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of beef, pork or lamb steaks, chops or cubes of meat for brochettes on all sides with a fork.
Place marinade, turning to coat all sides.
Marinate, refrigerated, 30 to 60 minutes according to meat tenderness.
Roast or grill in oven or on the barbecue, basting meat frequently with marinade.
DISCARD ANY LEFTOVER MARINADE.
SUGGESTION: For a spicier marinade, add with water 15 mL (1 tbsp) of vinegar, one minced garlic clove and pepper to taste.
