We have various solutions for each issue below. The order in which they are listed is irrelevant—simply try the one(s) that you prefer.

Having trouble adding a credit card to your account?

Unable to pay ahead?

You can: 

  • Choose “Pay at the Door” instead, if possible.
  • Place an order in guest mode (instead of logging in to your account).
  • Return to the order options and make sure you select the delivery address in the search/auto fill field instead of entering your address manually. Do not change the address once selected, even if the postal code seems incorrect.
  • Place your order at http://order.st-hubert.com/ and see if you can complete the payment.
  • Contact us to explain your issue and include:
    • your phone number
    • the email linked to your St-Hubert account
    • so that we can perform some checks

Unable to log in to an existing account (via the online order site or the old app)?

You can: 

  • Use the “Forgot Password?” function to reset your password.
  • Place an order in guest mode (no login required).
  • Try logging in to your account via https://order.st-hubert.com/.
  • Try logging in with an existing Apple, Facebook or Google account.
  • Contact us to explain your issue and include:
    • your phone number
    • the email linked to your St-Hubert account
    • so that we can perform some checks

You can:

Unable to log in with your Apple ID?

You can:

  • Place an order in guest mode (no login required).
  • Try to reset your login with an Apple ID by following these steps: 

1. Open “Settings” in your iPhone.

2. Tap your photo/name at the top.

3. Tap “Password & Security.

4. Tap “Apps Using Your Apple ID.”

5. Search for the St-Hubert app, then click on its icon.

6. Select “Stop Using Apple ID.”

7. Try logging in to the St-Hubert app using your Apple ID.  
 

Vous connecter vous permettra d’accéder à une expérience en ligne optimisée et à des fonctionnalités spécifiques. Vous pourrez aussi :

  • créer un profil avec vos préférences de menus (faire des commandes rapides automatiques selon vos repas préférés);
  • préciser vos adresses de livraison favorites ou fréquentes;
  • entrer vos coordonnées / options de paiement;
  • etc.

Ainsi, il vous est beaucoup plus rapide de commander après la création d’un profil usager.

Vous pouvez vous connecter avec vos profils Facebook et Google si vous souhaitez aller un peu plus rapidement.
