We strongly recommend that families who wish to take advantage of this inclusive initiative at one of our traditional rotisseries to make a reservation via the location of their choice in the list below:
Every Sunday at lunchtime, several St-Hubert rotisseries welcome autistic people and their families in a favourable environment. This initiative helps create optimal dining experience for everyone. It is being carried out with the support and guidance of Giant Steps, a leader in education of autistic individuals, training, and inclusion advocates for over 40 years.
Staff at these five restaurants have received training to better meet the needs of autistic people and their families. By dimming the lights for instance, turning down the music and providing sensory kits upon request. For traditional rotisseries, some tables are also pre-selected for a more comfortable experience. A virtual tour of a typical rotisserie and various support tools are available online.
