Market vegetable chowder
- 1Empty contents of pouch into a bowl. Add 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water, stirring slowly, and let vegetables rehydrate. Set aside.
- 2In a saucepan, gently simmer 500 mL (2 cups) of milk. Add the reconstituted vegetables to the hot milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 3Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
