St-Hubert is now one of the restaurant banners forming part of the affiliates, divisions or franchisees of Recipe Unlimited Company (the "RECIPE Group").

It is also possible that some of your Personal Information may be transmitted to our franchisees, in particular for the purpose of facilitating the order delivery system.

If a user under the age of 18 wishes to send us Personal Information, they must first provide the email address of a parent or legal guardian so that we can obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.
No Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18 will be knowingly accepted without such written permission.
If your child has previously provided Personal Information, you may request to review that Personal Information for the purpose of modifying it or request that we delete it entirely from existing records by contacting us using the contact information provided in the "Contact Us" section.
