Travel to Alsace with this gourmet St-Hubert Lorraine quiche! Savour the blend of eggs, ham, onions, white sauce, and swiss and cheddar cheese!
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Remove quiche from packaging. Remove plastic film. For best results, place quiche on a baking sheet.
Place on middle oven rack and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
If quiche is frozen, bake for 55 to 65 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Conventional oven cooking is recommended.
