Our Strengths

A supply centre belonging to St-Hubert

In the interest of better serving franchisees, St-Hubert has a distribution centre, Meilleures Marques, as well as a manufacturing plant, Maître Saladier.

A research and development team at the brand’s service

The research and development team is constantly creating and testing new products to offer the very best meals to our customers. It also monitors the quality of the food and equipment used in our kitchens, and manages our menu’s nutritional component.

An efficient and recognized online order system

The St-Hubert rotisseries use a mobile application and a simple and efficient transactional website to allow customers to quickly order online. Customers can also schedule an order several days in advance.

Support of our Franchisees

Marketing and Advertising

At St-Hubert, all franchisees contribute to a mutual fund intended to finance national advertising campaigns. The Marketing department advises franchisees on how to plan and carry out regional and local marketing activities. As soon as your rotisserie is open to the public, you benefit from a personalized service for the organization of activities.

Training Program

As a new franchisee of a St-Hubert or St-Hubert Express location, you will undergo a comprehensive 15-step training program designed to prepare you for the big day. Our team of experts ensures that employees are trained on every aspect of their job, including hospitality, customer service, and St-Hubert meal prep cooking standards, whether the employee is stationed in the dining room, catering, delivery, or at the takeout counter. Special attention is also paid to good hygiene and sanitation practices. Helpful tools and one-on-one mentoring are offered as part of the skills development strategy.

Bilingual Technical Support

Our dedicated IT team supports and manages the computer system used in all St-Hubert and St-Hubert Express locations. Our technicians offer franchisees continuous support and work closely with our partners to develop the very best tools for them.

Online Recruiting

The Careers section facilitates staff recruitment for all St-Hubert and St-Hubert Express franchisees. This section allows potential applicants to view job openings in their region. They can also submit their applications or sign up for a Job Alert to receive job offers that interest them by email.
