Jean-Pierre Léger and his wife Hélène founded Les Rôtisseries St-Hubert in 1951. The first rotisserie was built on St-Hubert Street in Montreal. Learn more about the company’s fascinating history and discover how it became a leader in Quebec’s restaurant industry.

While we follow strict procedures when preparing food in our rotisseries, and our employees are specially trained to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, some allergens are present and, although minimal, there is always a risk.

It is therefore important to notify employees if you have a food allergy.

At St-Hubert, we are committed to providing our employees with the appropriate training so that all the necessary precautions are taken with regard to the separation of work surfaces and kitchen tools to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.

Rest assured that we will clearly and appropriately communicate any changes in sensitive ingredients to our staff and on our various online platforms. If in doubt, please consult our table of allergens, available here.

  1. Click on “Login,” then enter your email address and password.
    • If you do not have a St-Hubert account, you can create one at this point. You can identify yourself with your Facebook or Google account or by clicking “Connect with an email address.” You will need to input the requested information.
  2. Click on “Login.”
    • Please note that logging in with an account is optional. You can ignore steps 1 and 2 and go to step 3 to start your order. However, you will need to identify yourself later.
  3. You must then configure your order by clicking in the place indicated at the top right of your screen. To continue your order, you will need to complete the following steps:
    • Specify if the order is for delivery or pick-up by clicking the appropriate button.
    • Specify your location:
      • For delivery: Select the delivery address from the list. If you do not have an address saved to your account or are not logged in, manually search or enter the address and click on “Validate Address.”
      • For pick-up: Select the desired pick-up address from the nearby addresses. You can also search for the restaurant you want using the “Find the nearest restaurant” option.
    • Indicate the desired delivery or pick-up time:
      • To get your order as soon as possible, select “Now.”
      • To pre-order, select “Later” and choose the desired delivery day and time.
    • Once your selection is complete, click “Save Order Details.”
  4. Scroll through the menu by clicking on the categories and subcategories on the screen.
  5. To add to the shopping cart, select the product you are interested in to open the product page.
  6. You will then need to indicate the desired sides:
    • Select your desired side dish by clicking on the corresponding image. Any extra charges will be displayed.
    • If necessary, select meal options: flavour, dipping sauce, special utensils, etc.
    • Select the type of coleslaw you want.
    • For take out, you will also need to select a beverage. Once the beverage type is selected, a pop-up window will appear to allow you to make your selection.
  7. Once you have made your selections, indicate the quantity you want. These will apply to the entire selection.
  8. Click on “Add to Cart.”
  9. You can then continue adding products by clicking on “Add More Products.” You will need to repeat steps 5–8 for each product.
  10. When all products are added, go to the cart by clicking on “View Cart” or the icon at the top right of your screen.
  11. You will find a summary of your order along with the total due. You can add more products by clicking “Add another product” or add a coupon by clicking “Add a Coupon.”
  12. To proceed with the payment, click on “Payment.”
    • If you are not logged in, you will be able to create an account at this point. 
    • To continue without logging in, click “Continue as Guest.” You will then be prompted to enter your email address, first name, last name and phone number; click “Continue as a Guest” to continue to the next step.
  13. A selection window will open for utensils and condiments.
    • Click the “Set” button to add utensils. The number of utensil sets will be calculated based on the number of meals ordered.
    • Select the desired amount of condiments. Total condiments will depend on the number of meals ordered.
    • Once selected, click on “Continue.” If you do not need utensils or condiments, you can click on “Continue” without making a selection.
  14. Next, select the payment method. 
    • To make the payment online, click “Pay Now”.
      • You will then have to select the method of payment either by using a credit card saved in your account by registering a new card. You also have the option to add a tip.
    • To pay upon delivery, select “Pay at the door.”
  15. Once the payment method is selected, click “Complete Order.”
  16. A confirmation of your order will appear on the screen so you can record your order number. You will also receive confirmation through the account email address.

There are no charges for using the St-Hubert online order site (excluding user fees charged by your Internet provider).

To take advantage of all the site’s features and ensure that your display is compliant, make sure that your browser has been updated to its most recent (or second-most recent) version.

Geolocation will allow us to link the nearest rotisserie to your location or delivery address.

You do not need to provide your geolocation to complete your online order. However, you must provide a valid delivery address, or choose a rotisserie if you wish to pick up your order.

Creating a user profile provides you with an optimized online experience and gives you access to specific features. You can also:

  • create a profile with your menu preferences (make automatic quick orders based on your favourite meals),
  • specify your preferred or frequent delivery addresses,
  • enter your contact information/payment options,
  • and more.

Once you’ve created a user profile, ordering online is much faster.

You can log in using your Facebook or Google account if you want to speed up the process.

You do not need to log in when ordering online from St-hubert. Simply order as a "guest" if you don't want to log in.

The main advantages are the order speed and the variety of features. If you log in and create a user profile, you can:

  • view your detailed order history,
  • specify your preferences and order quickly,
  • save your coupons/promotional offers,
  • and more.

Your order history allows you to quickly view all your previous St-Hubert orders. If you want, you can use this information as inspiration for your next order.

You can mark an item with a heart to identify it as one of your favourite meals/menus. The next time you want to place a quick online order, the item you love will be easy to find. To use this feature, you must be logged in. Once you complete an order, you can add it to your favourites list for your next order.

You must enter the coupon or promo code in the designated area when ordering online. On printed coupons, the code, consisting of numbers and letters, is located on the front side. When you’re in your cart, click on “I have a Promo Code,” then enter your coupon or promo code. Codes can only be used once and the system will detect if you have already used them. If you have trouble entering your code, you can contact customer service at 1-866-784-8211.

To add the St-Hubert order site to your favourites or bookmarks, follow these steps:
For Internet Explorer:

  • Go to your browser’s main menu and click on "Favorites."
  • Click on "Add to Favorites."

For Firefox:

  • Go to your browser’s main menu and click on "Bookmarks."
  • Select "Bookmark this page."

For Safari:
Open the webpage and drag the icon from the address box to the bookmark bar. In the dialog box that appears, type a name for this bookmark. You can also click on the "Share" button in the address bar, then choose "Bookmark Bar" from the pop-up menu and type a name for the bookmark in the dialog box. For Chrome:
To add a bookmark to the bookmark bar, open the webpage and simply drag the icon from the address box to the bookmark bar. You can also click on the menu icon at the right of the address bar, and choose "Bookmarks" and then "Add this page to your bookmarks" in the drop down menu.

For delivery orders, you can pay online, or upon receipt of your order using our mobile payment terminals. For takeout orders that will be picked up from the rotisserie, you must pay online.

Note that if you have multiple invoices, you will only be able to pay upon receipt of your order or in the rotisserie.

We accept the following online payment methods : Mastercard, Visa, American Express and St-Hubert Gift Cards. Deliveries can also be paid at the door with cash or debit card (Interac). Same at the pick-up counter.

It’s easier than ever to leave a tip for your friendly driver! You can add the tip to your bill when you pay online, or tip in cash when you receive your order. Our delivery staff thanks you in advance.

After completing your order, a confirmation page will appear. You can print it or write down your order confirmation number. In addition, a few minutes after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. Keep your order number. It will be useful if you want to modify or cancel your order.

Visit the selected rotisserie at the time indicated to pick up your order. You will be asked to provide your order number and a piece of ID.

Once you click on the “Confirm” button and receive your confirmation number, you can only change or cancel your order by calling 1-866-784-8211. Make sure you have your order confirmation number and phone number.

We update prices automatically on the St-Hubert website when new prices are added. Prices may change without notice. The amount of your invoice will be sent to you when your order is confirmed. Please note that our product prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes. The partial tax amount is shown on your invoice.

If you did not receive a confirmation number at the end of your online order, or if the website is not allowing you to finalize your order or is no longer working, please call 1-866-784-8211.

Visit the selected rotisserie. A sign will clearly indicate where to pick up your order at the rotisserie counter. Make sure you have your ID and confirmation number with you to facilitate pick-up.

Simply wait for your order at the address you provided. Our drivers are equipped to accept payment at the door if you did not pay online when placing your order. You can also leave a tip online, or at the door upon receipt of your order.

3. Enter your new primary delivery address using the locator tool.

You can change your password at any time once you start a session and have been identified. Simply do the following: 1. Log in using your e-mail address and password.
2. In the section “My profile,” click on “Change my personal information.”
3. Fill in the required fields on the “Change my personal information” page. Hit “Save.”
4. The new password is now saved to your profile. Use it the next time you log in.

If you have forgotten your password, click on "I forgot my password" on the welcome page and we will send you a new one. You can reset your password the next time to visit the St-Hubert online order site. You will have to confirm your identity using the temporary password you have been sent. You will then be automatically redirected to the "Profile" section in order to change your password.

Delivery orders:

You can place orders up to 30 days in advance. Simply select the desired date in the order window that appears after you have logged on. In the section “Delivery time,” click on “At a later time,” and select the date from the calendar and the time from the drop-down menu.

Pick-up orders:

It is not possible to place a pick-up order for a later date. Today-only orders are accepted.

The size of a St-Hubert restaurant is determined according to the type of franchise and the selected location’s specifications. The number of seats will thus vary from one franchise to another.

Absolutely! Our St-Hubert franchisees can manage more than one restaurant at a time.

You can add an amount between $10 and $250 on a gift card. There is no limit to how many gift cards you can buy. Note that the card is not rechargeable.

For $250 or less in gift cards, you can buy them in any rotisserie. For a restaurant near you, click here. To purchase more than $250 in gift cards, you can go online or call 450-688-6500, extension 2213.

No. You can use the partial or total amount available on your card. The remaining balance will be retained for a future purchase.

The St-Hubert gift card is valid as long as there is an available amount on your card. Note that promotional gift cards (yellow cards) remain valid 6 months after the activation date.

Simply check your gift card balance online. If the gift card has been activated and is ready for use, the card balance will appear. If the card has not been activated, a message will appear indicating that the card is inactive. If your gift card is not active but should be, please contact us at 450-688-6500 extension 2213.

You can check your gift card balance by visiting any St-Hubert rotisserie or simply by going online here. Note that is it not possible to check the balance for old paper gift cards online.

You can use your gift card in the dining room, take‑out and drive-thru of any St-Hubert restaurant, St-Hubert Express and the St-Hub resto-bar. The St-Hubert gift card is now also valid at delivery. Note that for technical reasons, the St-Hubert gift card is not accepted at the St-Hubert Express in Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau airport.

Yes. St-Hubert gift cards are now accepted as payment at delivery. Simply give it to the driver when he arrives.

With our mobile payment terminals, you can now pay by gift card, credit card or cash directly at your door, online when you place your order.

You have to treasure your gift card because it is neither refundable nor exchangeable if lost, stolen or damaged.

The promotional gift card (yellow card) is different from a regular gift card. The promotional gift card is given by the rotisseries at sponsorships, tournaments, prizes, etc. The balance of the promotional card is not refundable and the card is valid 6 months after the activation date. You can use it as a regular gift card.

The $5, $10 or $20 paper gift cards remain valid. Note that the old paper gift cards are no longer available on delivery.

If you purchase gift cards by filling out the online order form or by calling St-Hubert’s head office, know that the gift cards you receive by mail are inactive for security reasons. Simply call our Customer Service Centre at 1-866-784-8211 to have them activated. You must have your order number from your invoice. The operating hours for activating gift cards are as follows: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
