Our vegetarian tourtière is a reinvented classic you’ll love. It’s made in Quebec with caramelized onions, potatoes, traditional spices and a textured wheat protein blend.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. Remove tourtière from packaging. Remove plastic film. For best results, place tourtière on a baking sheet.
  3. Place on middle oven rack and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

If the tourtière is frozen, bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).
Conventional oven cooking is recommended.

MICROWAVE OVEN

Our aluminium plate is suitable for microwave cooking.

  1. Remove tourtière from packaging and remove plastic film.
  2. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes.

Can be frozen.
Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.

Filling : Textured wheat protein rehydrated, Potatoes (sulphites), Caramelized onions (onions, canola oil), Toasted wheat crumbs, Flavouring preparation (natural flavour, yeast extract, dried yeast, salt), Spices, Sea salt, Onion powder, Herbs. Pastry : Wheat flour, Palm and canola oil margarine, Water, Sugar (dextrose), Egg yolk (egg wash), Salt, Cultured wheat starch, Baking powder, Yeast.
