Visual Guide for a Traditional St-Hubert Rotisserie
A Restaurant Outting
Soon, I will eat at St-Hubert.
I can go by myself, with my family, or friends.
I will order a meal during my visit.
To prepare for my meal order, I can look at the menu on the St-Hubert website before going to the restaurant (more meal pictures are also available on the app).
When I get to the restaurant, someone will take me to my table.
The server will give me a menu once I’m seated at the table. I can also ask for my sensory kit if I want it.
The sensory kit includes a Tangle, a stress ball, a Pot it fidget, noise cancelling headphones and a Time timer.
There are also a communication board, notepad, and pen.
Once at my table, I will choose what I want to eat.
A few minutes later, the server will come back to my table and I will tell him or her what I would like to eat.
I will need to wait a few minutes from the time I order my meal until I receive it.
I can use my sensory kit in the meantime.
The server will bring my meal to the table when it is ready.
I can now enjoy my meal.
Once I’m done with my meal, the server will clear the table.
Once the table has been cleared, the server will ask me if I want dessert.
I can easily make a choice by looking at the menu!
I will need to wait a few minutes from when I order my dessert until I receive it.

The server will bring my dessert to the table when it is ready.
I can now enjoy my dessert.
Once I’m done with my dessert, the server will clear the table.
Until then, I will wait patiently and use my sensory kit if I want to.
Finally, the server will bring the check to the table.
Once the check has been paid, I can prepare to leave!
My visit at the St-Hubert Rotisserie is now complete.
