Preparation

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove quiche from packaging. Remove plastic film. For best results, place quiche on a baking sheet.
  3. Place on middle oven rack and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

If quiche is frozen, bake for 55 to 65 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Conventional oven cooking is recommended.

MICROWAVE OVEN

Our aluminium plate is suitable for microwave cooking.

  1. Remove quiche from packaging and plastic film.
  2. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes.

Can be frozen. Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.
