Spinach Quiche with Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients List

1 St-Hubert Spinach Quiche (525 g)

For the salsa:

  • ½ cup red tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. Cook the quiche according to the instructions on the box, then let it cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
  2. During this time, prepare the fresh tomato salsa. Mix all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and then set aside.
  3. Cut the quiche into 16 square pieces, arrange on a serving plate and garnish with tomato salsa.
