Chicken Wings with Korean Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c (60 ml) St-Hubert BBQ Chicken and Rib Sauce
  • 1 box (575 g) St-Hubert Mild or Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) freshly chopped ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) grilled roasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp (2 to 5 ml) hot pepper flakes

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a freezer bag or airtight plastic dish, combine all ingredients except the wings.
  2. Add chicken wings and toss to coat well. Marinate for a few hours or ideally overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 °F (210 °C).
  4. Drain the wings and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Serve wings hot.

Note :

  • Chicken wings can be cooked in the air fryer.
