BBQ Pork Back Ribs

Prepare restaurant-quality St-Hubert ribs at home! Even if you’re short on time, your entire family will love these tender and juicy BBQ ribs, sold refrigerated. The recipe has been adapted to give you a delicious result in the comfort of your home. The meat has been slow-cooked to offer you a delicious flavour enhanced with a rich and slightly smoky tomato-based sauce.

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Remove ribs from the bag.
  3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning at mid-cooking.


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Remove ribs from the bag.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place ribs on top.
  4. Bake for 17 to 23 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce halfway through cooking if desired.

Can be frozen.
TO THAW: Submerge ribs in cold water for 5 minutes or refrigerate for about 8 hours without removing from the bag.
