  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F (210 °C).
  2. Remove the ribs from the package and pour the sauce into a bowl.
  3. Place the ribs on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle with Indian spices to taste and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. In the sauce, add 2 tsp (10 ml) Indian spices, cilantro, lime zest and juice.
  6. Baste the ribs with the sauce and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
