Although he started his restaurant career as a Pizza Man several years ago, he set pizza aside with a new interest for retail. What attracts him most to St-Hubert is the company’s vitality, its human values, and the freedom to innovate, make decisions, and make things happen.
 

Making a real difference in the company’s growth and working with talented employees is what motivates Jonathan Séguin to come to work every day! He started as sales director in 2013 with the Maître Saladier Inc. division which produces and distributes fresh and frozen products to grocery stores. Jonathan stood out as a leader by being involved in restructuring and establishing better sales processes. Thanks to his efforts and involvement, he became national sales director a few years later.

Jonathan, Coleslaw, and Sugar Pie

Secretly hoping for fried chicken to make a comeback at St-Hubert, he is an avid lover of creamy coleslaw, a dish which according to him, you simply can’t get enough of! And the bun? An absolute must for this director, just like the Piri Piri chicken breast. Jonathan is also highly active, not just to compensate for his love of St-Hubert sugar pie! He plays tennis, golf, goes skiing, and is a keen traveler. He dreams of going on a safari in Africa.
