Keep a pouch of our famous St-Hubert BBQ sauce mix in your pantry. It’s a real crowd-pleaser! The perfect addition to your roasted or BBQ chicken. Simply add water. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove.
Preparation
STOVE DIRECTIONS
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.
Whisk in 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
Empty contents of pouch into a 1 L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.
Whisk in 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water. Do not cover.
Microwave on HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.
