Our scrumptious St-Hubert’s Lorraine Quiche is now available in a single serving! Filled with a creamy filling of eggs, Swiss and cheddar cheeses and flavoured with onions and ham cooked by our master chefs. A great lunch box idea!

Our cardboard plate is suitable for microwave cooking.

  1. Remove quiche from packaging and plastic film.
  2. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes if product is fresh and 5 minutes if product is frozen.


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove quiche from packaging.
  3. Remove plastic film.
  4. Place on middle oven rack and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.

If the quiche is frozen, bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.

Filling : Liquid whole egg, Milk, Ham (pork, vegetable broth, sugars [sugar, dextrose], salt, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, sodium lactate, sodium diacetate), Cheddar cheese, Cream (milk, cream, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate), Swiss cheese, Onions, Modified corn starch, Spices. Pastry : Wheat flour, Palm and canola oil margarine, Water, Egg yolk (egg wash), Sugar (dextrose), Salt, Cultured wheat starch, Baking powder, Yeast.
