This comforting pie has a wonderful crust! It’s made from real cauliflower, giving it a unique taste and plenty of fibre and protein. Our vegetarian gratin contains delicious soy protein morsels and big helpings of broccoli and carrots, in a creamy bechamel sauce loaded with Swiss cheese. And it’s all made in Quebec with natural ingredients.
If the gratin is frozen, bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).
Conventional oven cooking is recommended.
Our aluminium plate is suitable for microwave cooking.
