Orange Ginger Chicken Wings

Ingredients List

  • 1 box 575 g St-Hubert Mild or Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 c (125 ml) orange juice
  • 1/2 tbsp (15 ml) freshly chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a freezer bag or airtight plastic container, combine orange juice, ginger and honey.
  2. Add chicken wings and toss to coat well. Marinate for a few hours or ideally overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 °F (210 °C).
  4. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pour marinade into a small saucepan.
  5. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, bring the marinade to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Brush wings with marinade during or after cooking.
  8. Serve wings hot.
