Ingredients List

  • 2 tsp (10 ml) St-Hubert Piri-Piri Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp (7 ml) maple syrup or honey
  • 1/3 c (80 ml) sour cream
  • 1/2 c (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) freshly chopped chives

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve with raw vegetables, in a sandwich, burger, etc.
