The tender St-Hubert texan style pork back ribs have been basted in a creamy, smoky, and slightly sweet sauce. Sold refrigerated, they are a delicacy for any occasion!

Preparation

BARBECUE

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Remove ribs from the bag.
  3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning at mid-cooking.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
  2. Remove ribs from the bag.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place ribs on top.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce halfway through cooking if desired.

Can be frozen. To thaw, submerge ribs in cold water for 5 minutes or place in the refrigerator for about 8 hours without removing them from the bag. Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.
