Simply brown this sumptuous chicken and broccoli gratin to release the aromas of nutmeg, ground pepper, and swiss cheese. A delicacy packed with pieces of chicken breast, green peas, carrots, and mushrooms in a creamy béchamel sauce. Dinner’s served!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove gratin from packaging and remove plastic film.
  3. For best results, place gratin on a baking sheet.
  4. Place on middle oven rack and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

If gratin is frozen, bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Conventional oven cooking is recommended.


Our aluminium plate is suitable for microwave cooking.

  1. Remove gratin from packaging and remove plastic film.
  2. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes.

Can be frozen.
